So you know how all these new indie companys of 2010 started using heaps of concentric circles, primarily placing their mono-tone logo inside a circle? Well with the turn of a new year, the circle has been replaced by the Hexagon. Seriously. I'm seeing this everywhere. I used hexagons on a piece of work a month ago (pictures to follow) thinking it would be a new idea just for me to go through my daily rounds of design blogs a week later and they're everywhere. Be warned.
